1. Custom Orders & Production Times
All custom items are made-to-order and require a processing time of [7–14 business days]. Handmade items may vary slightly due to the nature of our materials and techniques—each one is unique, just like you! Please be aware that if your items have to be bleached, shipping will be dependent on the weather. rainy weather can delay production.

2. Digital Products
We offer digital downloads, such as SVG files, embroidery patterns, and other crafting resources. These are non-refundable and not eligible for exchange due to their digital nature.
By purchasing a digital file, you are granted personal and/or limited commercial use (if stated in the listing).
Redistribution, reselling, or claiming these designs as your own is strictly prohibited.

3. Shipping & Delivery

At IttyBitty Creations LLC, we take pride in the time, care, and sass we put into every creation. Due to the handmade and/or digital nature of our products, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged or there is a proven error on our part.

💌 Custom & Made-to-Order Items

All custom orders are made just for you—whether it's a personalized hat, embroidered design, or engraved item. Because of their customized nature, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on these items.

If there’s an issue (wrong name, color, or design error), please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We’ll work with you to resolve it quickly and fairly!

📁 Digital Downloads

Due to the instant-access nature of digital products (like SVGs, embroidery files, or design templates), no refunds or exchanges can be offered after purchase.

📦 Damaged or Defective Items

We pack our products with love and bubble wrap, but sometimes life (and USPS) happens.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please reach out within 7 days of receiving it with a photo of the damage and your order number. We’ll assess the situation and offer a replacement or store credit where appropriate.

🛑 Unauthorized Returns

Items sent back to us without first contacting our shop will not be accepted. Please do not ship products back unless instructed by our team.

📮 Cancellations

We begin working on custom orders shortly after they’re placed. If you need to cancel, please contact us within 2 hours of purchase. After that, we may not be able to accommodate cancellation.
