How do I care for my bow?

When will my order ship?
Orders ship out in 7 business days as of March 29 2020. Once it is shipped out your order should be to you in 2-3 days.
How long until I get a response to my email?
Please allow us 48 hours for us to respond to your email during business days and hours.
I have missing item who do I contact?

There is a defect on my item who do I contact?
I inspect all items before I send them out, but sometimes I miss things. If you have a defect please email to firstname.lastname@example.org **Please include your order number and photo of defect**. Please know that if it has been 30 days since you received item or you have washed or wore the item before you noticed we can not resolve this issue.
I was sent the wrong Item!
