How do I care for my bow?

Spot clean and lay flat to dry. 

I forgot to use my discount code at check out. can I get a credit or refund?

Sorry we are unable to credit or refund once your order has been placed. 

When will my order ship?

Orders ship out in 7 business days as of March 29 2020. Once it is shipped out your order should be to you in 2-3 days.

How long until I get a response to my email?

Please allow us 48 hours for us to respond to your email during business days and hours. 

I have missing item who do I contact?

Please email us at ittybittycreations.help@gmail.com with your order number and which item was missing. 

There is a defect on my item who do I contact?

I inspect all items before I send them out, but sometimes I miss things. If you have a defect please email to ittybittycreations.help@gmail.com **Please include your order number and photo of defect**. Please know that if it has been 30 days since you received item or you have washed or wore the item before you noticed we can not resolve this issue. 

I was sent the wrong Item!

Please email ittybittycreations.help@gmail.com with your order number, item you received, and item you ordered.

Can I return my order?

No, all sales are final.
